Appointments for Shutter Surveys have Restarted
The factory in China has remained open throughout the crisis and our supplier is now processing new orders as normal. For new orders placed now, we estimate the lead time to be 6 to 7 weeks and expect this to improve further over the next two weeks.
Follwoing the latest government advice about working in other people's homes, appointments for shutter surveys have restarted for new customers. However they can only be undertaken by taking several preventative measures.
These will include:
- Regular hand washing.
- Wearing cotton gloves whilst in a customer's home.
- Maintaining social distance as far as possible.
- Keeping the time required for a survey as short as possible.
Samples of shutters and shutter options are cleaned and disinfected between customer visits.
Unfortunately no appointmemts for shutter surveys can be made for those self isolating or in a household where someone is clinically vulnerable.
